Introduction
Camo is designed for traders and analysts who need to monitor price differences, funding rates, and correlations across major crypto exchanges in real time. The dashboard is web-based and works on both desktop and mobile browsers.
Navigation & Layout
- Navigation Bar: At the top of every page, you’ll find a navigation bar with links to:
- Dashboard: Main arbitrage opportunities.
- Price Correlation: Symbol-to-BTC price relationships.
- Funding Rates: Futures funding rates across exchanges.
- Consistent UI: All pages use a dark theme, responsive layout, and a watermark for branding.
Dashboard (Arbitrage Opportunities)
Controls
- Base Exchange: Select the primary exchange for comparison (e.g., Binance).
- Compare With: Select the secondary exchange to compare against (e.g., Bybit).
- Min Profit %: Set the minimum price difference (in %) to filter out low-profit opportunities.
- Base Fee % / Compare Fee %: Enter the trading fee rates for each exchange. These are used to calculate net profit after fees.
- Search/Filter: Use the search box to filter pairs by symbol (e.g., type "BTC" to see only BTC pairs).
Table Columns & Color Coding
- Pair: The trading pair (e.g., BTCUSDT, ETHBTC). Only pairs active and available on both selected exchanges are shown.
- Base Exchange Price / Compare Exchange Price: Live prices for the pair on each exchange.
- Green: Price is higher than the other exchange (potential sell opportunity).
- Red: Price is lower than the other exchange (potential buy opportunity).
- Price Difference (%): The percentage difference between the two exchanges, calculated as
((Base - Compare) / Compare) * 100.
- Green: Positive difference (profitable arbitrage direction).
- Red: Negative difference.
- Grey: No difference.
- Sorting: Click any column header to sort by that column.
How to Use
- Select Exchanges: Choose your base and compare exchanges from the dropdowns.
- Adjust Fees: Set the trading fees for each exchange to reflect your actual costs.
- Set Min Profit: Use the Min Profit % filter to hide low-margin opportunities.
- Review Table: Only pairs that are active, not delisted, and available on both exchanges are shown. Use the search box to focus on specific pairs.
- Interpret Colors: Green and red coloring quickly highlight where the best buy/sell opportunities are.
- Live Updates: The table refreshes automatically every 2 seconds. The "Last updated" timestamp shows the latest data time.
Price Correlation
Controls
- Exchange: Select the exchange to analyze correlations on.
- Filter Correlation:
- Show All: Display all pairs.
- Higher Than: Show only pairs with correlation above a specified value.
- Lower Than: Show only pairs with correlation below a specified value.
- Value: Enter a numeric threshold for filtering correlations.
Table Columns
- Symbol: The base asset (e.g., ETH, SOL).
- USDT/BTC Price: Spot prices for the symbol in USDT and BTC.
- Correlation: The ratio of (USDT price / BTC price) to BTC/USDT price, showing how closely the asset tracks BTC.
- Difference (%): The deviation of the correlation from 1 (parity).
- Links: Click on a price to open the trading page for that pair on the selected exchange.
- Sorting: Click any column header to sort.
How to Use
- Select Exchange: Choose the exchange you want to analyze.
- Set Correlation Filter: Use the filter to focus on pairs with high or low correlation to BTC.
- Review Table: Look for pairs with unusually high or low correlation, which may indicate arbitrage or hedging opportunities.
Funding Rates
Controls
- Exchange: Select the exchange to view funding rates for.
- Pair Filter: Enter a symbol (e.g., BTCUSDT) to filter the table.
Table Columns & Color Coding
- Symbol: The futures contract symbol.
- Funding Rate: The current or next funding rate.
- Green: High positive funding rate (≥ 0.5%).
- Red: High negative funding rate (≤ -0.5%).
- Gradient: Smooth color transition between -0.5% (red), 0% (grey), and 0.5% (green).
- Next Funding Time: When the next funding event occurs (if available).
- Sorting: Click any column header to sort.
How to Use
- Select Exchange: Choose the exchange you want to monitor.
- Filter by Pair: Use the filter to focus on specific contracts.
- Interpret Colors: Green rates may indicate crowded long positions; red rates may indicate crowded shorts.
- Monitor Regularly: Funding rates can change quickly; use the auto-refresh to stay up to date.
General Tips & Best Practices
- Always Check Fees: Adjust fee settings to reflect your actual trading costs for accurate profit calculations.
- Use Filters: Focus on pairs and opportunities that match your trading strategy.
- Monitor Funding Rates: High or negative funding rates can signal market sentiment and risk.
- Correlations: Use the correlation tool to spot pricing anomalies or hedging opportunities.
- Stay Updated: Data refreshes automatically, but you can reload the page if you suspect a connection issue.
- Responsive Design: The dashboard is optimized for both desktop and mobile browsers.
Troubleshooting
- No Data or Errors:
- Check your internet connection.
- Ensure the backend server is running.
- Try refreshing the page.
- WebSocket Errors:
- If the dashboard stops updating, reload the page.
- If issues persist, restart the backend server.
- Table Not Updating:
- Make sure you have selected valid exchanges.
- Check the browser console for errors.
- Funding Rates Not Showing:
- Some exchanges may have temporary API issues; try another exchange or refresh later.
